Before joining Opus, Susan was a Sales Executive on strategic accounts at MDR, a Dun & Bradstreet company, where she played a key role in developing and managing high-value client relationships. Susan approaches each search she undertakes with an unmatched level of professionalism. She began her career in executive recruiting almost 30 years ago and has played a key role in talent acquisition and advisory services for many premier clients, Opus has been lucky to have her as an integral member of the team!

Her extensive experience in both executive search and strategic sales allows her to provide a unique perspective on identifying and securing top-tier professionals for her clients.

Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University, where she majored in Business with a concentration in Marketing.
