Ivy is a Recruiting Coordinator at Opus Advisors. In her role, Ivy supports the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the search process.

Before joining Opus, Ivy spent 22 years as an Executive Administrative Assistant at JP Morgan, supporting the Investment Banking M&A group.

Her extensive experience in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment has equipped her with exceptional organizational and communication skills. Previously, worked as an Administrative Assistant at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ), where she developed her administrative expertise early on.
