With more than 25 years of executive search experience, Holly has built a distinguished career helping businesses attract top talent, including her own firm, Opus Advisors. She began her career at a boutique search firm, where she quickly rose to become the top recruiter in the firm’s history by the age of 30. After four years of record-breaking success, she was invited to acquire the firm from its founding partners. Holly later joined Korn/Ferry International as the protégé of the company’s highest-producing U.S. Partner, where she again ranked among the top performers, successfully placing CEOs and CFOs for Fortune 1000 companies.

In 2006, Holly founded Opus Advisors with a clear vision: to build a firm dedicated to the financial services industry, defined by exceptional team culture, deep client partnerships, and genuine care for both clients and candidates. Her goal was to create a search firm known not just for results, but for its integrity, sense of urgency, and commitment to excellence on every front.

Holly has a BA from the University of Cincinnati and attended the John Marshall College of Law. Holly’s most recent board positions & awards:

Beyond the Office

In her spare time, you can find Holly working in her perennial garden, “attempting” to play golf with her two sons, undertaking another interior design project, or hiking with her mini golden doodle pup, Stanley.
