Hanna is an experienced recruiter with a background spanning both boutique executive search and in-house talent acquisition at one of the world’s top hedge funds. At Opus she leads searches across all levels, strategies, and sectors, while also driving Opus’s strategic approach to client collaboration and spearheading business development initiatives.

She began her career at Henkel Search Partners, where she specialized in pre-MBA and post-MBA recruitment, with a strong emphasis on on-cycle hiring. Most recently, she spent two years at Citadel, recruiting Associates and Senior Associates for the Global Credit & Convertibles business.
