Danielle Schickele is a Principal at Opus Advisors, where she leads the firm’s West Coast search execution and strategic business development.

Based in San Francisco, she serves as an advisor to clients across private equity and alternative investments, leading searches that span all levels and sectors. Beyond search execution, Danielle contributes to driving Opus’s strategic approach to client collaboration and expanding the firm’s presence across the West Coast and key national markets.

Drawing on a decade of experience, Danielle blends the high-touch possible in boutique search with the strategic rigor of global executive search. Prior to joining Opus, she was a member of the Financial Officers Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates, where she focused on C-suite placements for top-tier public and private equity-backed companies. She spent seven years at Amity Search Partners, leading full-lifecycle recruitment for investment professionals across private equity, growth equity, venture capital, hedge funds, and select corporate opportunities.

Danielle began her career in attorney recruitment at Kirkland & Ellis. She holds a degree in Cognitive Science with a minor in Economics from Pomona College.
