Claudia Cunningham joined Opus Advisors in 2013 focused on post-MBA, senior level, recruiting.  Clients include, but are not limited to, Private Equity, Private Credit, Corporate Development, Investor Relations and portfolio management. 

Claudia has over 30 years of experience in executive recruiting placing C-level, board member and senior management positions across most functions.  Prior to joining Opus Advisors, Claudia founded Executive Advancement, Inc., a retained executive search firm, as well as The Vantage Group, a research company specializing in name generation and market research for other executive search firms and human resources departments. Earlier in her career, she spent nine years with Korn/Ferry International as a Principal in their Industrial Practice and had a sub-sector focus in Aerospace.

Claudia earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and International Business from Northeastern University.

She is an active member of the Avon Junior Women’s Group and a dedicated volunteer for the American Cancer Society.

Beyond the Office:

In her spare time, you can find Claudia on the golf course chipping away at her official USGA handicap of 49.9, preparing in the kitchen a new 5-star recipe she found online, grabbing time with family and friends and walking her faithful co-worker, Cooper.   In addition, she enjoys attending ACG Global events, and is an active member of Wethersfield Country Club and is a dedicated volunteer Dress for Success Hartford.
